L'Osteria Lubeck in Lubeck

Given that L‘Osteria is a chain, the pizza is really very good. The on-site service unfortunately always leaves a little something to be desired, but the pizza always cuts it. We recently ordered for the first time. Of course we could cope with the fact that the pizza was 20 minutes late. Unfortunately, all three pizzas were really absolutely cold. So not room temperature cold, but cold outside. I understand that I can't expect steaming pizza in the winter temperatures, but with 5 minutes on the bike and proper insulation I would have suspected at least some residual heat. Pity! We'll definitely go back to the restaurant, but definitely don't order more.

Today we had no luck, +30 min delay in arriving, summary: cold food, burnt lasagna, scrambled tiramisu! 36 euros badly spent! :( not worth it! Not to mention that my husband had to call for the order to be validated 50 min later! And the person at zero friendly service!

Best pizza! Nice service despite a lot of stress. Definitely reserve seats in the evening, it might also work out at lunchtime.

The food is always delicious and highly recommended. It is ideal for a quick lunch visit. It is not recommended when the restaurant is full. It's very noisy here and the staff can hardly keep up. But I always like to come back for lunch :)

We were here spontaneously and fortunately got a table straight away. We like the ambience very much, cozy presentation. Our service was very friendly and competent, the note that the pizza is very large was not exaggerated. But probably the most important thing that the food was delicious. Huge crispy, juicy pizza and good tasting noodles. We'll definitely have a look again. Clearly to be recommended.

We came in spontaneously. The restaurant was very busy for a Monday evening. Our expectations were clearly exceeded. The pizzas and salads were big and tasty. The dessert was very good too. We'll be back and looking forward to it.

The food was very good. The staff seemed to be a bit off track today, everything took a little longer and two or three inquiries were probably forgotten. But everything was within the framework and we had a good time. Please check the chair cushions as they are sometimes quite stained.

The Losteria is actually very good. However, I think it's cheeky that, despite my severe respiratory illness, I was not allowed to enter this restaurant without a mask. This borders on discrimination and is not fair to me. Even if the number of infections has increased, a mask exemption is valid.

Food and service were great. + Pizza was huge and tasted great + Waiting was possible in the waiting room - great idea + Staff were motivated and did not let the volume infect them + Pizza can also be divided and even have different toppings

Booring food, all premade, loud and fast. Ok for young people who know nothing pf actual food

The food, Pizza Caprese, delicious as usual. Attention and friendliness of the staff show, compared to. other restaurants of the brand, there is still considerable room for improvement. Also the Duzen of the guest, who clearly belongs to the parent generation of the staff, seems a bit clumsy. P. S for feedback The thesis that a "you" promotes respect in dealing with one another does not seem to work out completely. ? Apparently, in individual cases it can lead to the guest no longer being able to differentiate between private (keyword: FAMIGLIA) and gastro, professional in terms of behavior. Hanseatic courtesy (see Google) maybe also a key point for the next team meeting. ? The guest doesn't necessarily have to be king, but you want to keep a restaurant in good memory and want to come back again. Still good luck.

I really like the concept of this restaurant. As in many other places in Germany, this restaurant in Lübeck is also great! The decor is very nice. You can see the open kitchen. There are different table formats. You can also sit outside and watch the back tables but nice crossroads. Everything is clean. In terms of taste, this restaurant has no questions, just positive emotions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We arrived here spontaneously, although many people were waiting in front of the door, we got a small table outside and ate delicious bruschetta and pizza. The lady who showed us our place, as well as "our" waitress Ju ... were very friendly and courteous. Our waitress has her job fully under control, always keeping an eye on the guests and therefore short waiting times. L ‘Osteria can be highly recommended. Thanks to you for the nice evening.

We had called an extra 2 hours before the visit to reserve a table, we were told that this was not necessary. When we got there we should wait. However, around 10 people were already waiting for their tables in front of us. We decided against a visit during this waiting time

Food was delicious

I stopped by around 5pm. I sat outside and basically felt good. The Untertrave is not very busy, so the noise level is a bit louder. It was okay for me and the vehicles parked 10 meters away didn't bother me either. The service was very friendly and very attentive. I had a salad from the weekly menu, which was very interesting, fresh and tasty. From my point of view, the price was completely okay. The white wine recommended by the service was good, to go with the salad and cold ... I liked it ...

I can't say anything about the food as we left the restaurant straight away. Service was very rude when asked for another table, which was exactly at the counter where the food was being prepared. This is not how you deal with customers, we will certainly not enter the store again!

Are from Wolfsburg and are currently on short vacation in Lübeck and have eaten the huge pizza and, as in Italy, not only the pizza but also general food. The staff ? very hardworking and nice. Great keep it up??

Expectations were not so high due to a prejudice against food chains were the quality is not always the best. I have to say thou that we had a very tasty Pizza. The service was nice and helpful. I liked it. Pizza are very big so go there with a lot of hunger otherwise you can split one in 2 persons and no food will be wasted.

Large pizzas, fantastic taste. Pasta Carbonara was made with cream, not to our taste. Large portions! Friendly service with a smile.

The food was very tasty. The restaurant is well attended. However, you should bring a wait, unless you reserve before 5 p.m. Unfortunately our waiter couldn't calculate. It was a few euros more. Otherwise the service was nice and quick.

God pizza!

We ate delicious food here. The pizzas are simply enormous and delicious. The staff was super nice and friendly. The food came quickly and you can watch the pizza bakers make pizza. Hygiene measures during Corona were well implemented, there were many ways to disinfect your hands. We would go back when we are in Lübeck again.

Great food, the service could have been faster

friendly service, but really mediocre/bad pasta (I can cook way better than that!). Can NOT recommend this place. Maybe the pizza is better? (we didn't order any)

OK, large servings and good quality, price/value is average. Lively place but tends to be a bit loud.

very homey restaurant, perfect for lunch! we had the tortelloni prosciutto e parma, lasagna and their special pasta w gorgonzola sauce, and for dessert, the soufflé al cioccolato (chocolate lava cake with passion fruit mango sorbet). the tortelloni was my personal favourite—it’s sooo good... it’s SO good (if you like stuffed pasta). and don’t even get me started on the passion fruit sorbet, it’s phenomenal. hands down best sorbet i’ve had in my life. the lasagna was pretty alright too! but not my favourite. would definitely recommend this specific l’osteria in lubeck bc the prices are cheaper and the food is lovely :’)

As a pair of visiting, non German speaking Brits, we were made very welcome and the staff were wonderfully kind. Fantastic pizza...would highly recommend.

Fantastic. Best Pizza in Lübeck. Good to have LOsteria in Lübeck. This restaurant is quite big and crowded - so the service is very busy of course! Still they are very kind and professional - we felt convenient anyway! Thanks!

Delicious Menu.....there were lot many options available for vegetarian in menu. Ambience was lively.. The place was very crowded...so one might have to wait to get table in peak hour...

Very bad attitude at the reception of the restaurant ?

Atmosphere is nice. Low prices. Have been here twice. Large and thin pizzas. The pizzas are not special in any way. Taste is not mind blowing, but you do get a lot of food. Enjoyed the “Rucola”. Keep in mind that I have only tried the pizzas. Arnold Schwarzenegger would probably say, “I’ll be back”.

Oh dear, where do I start? To be fair, the food was pretty good. My problem is with the service; if I've had worse, I can't remember it. So, walked in and was told to sit anywhere. Found somewhere to sit and was promptly told I couldn't sit there. After about 10 minutes of sitting at my new table I was given a menu and ordered beer and Gnocci. Would have hoped to have got my beer before the food but when the food did arrive there was no sign of the beer. Waitress apologised and went off to get the beer. "She'll be right back" I thought but this turned out to be a bit optimistic. Another 15 minutes later I'd finished my Gnocci but still no sign of my beer. Okay, I thought, I'll just get the bill. After 10 minutes managed to get hold of a waiter who told me to go to the till where I found the beer was still on the bill. "I'm not paying for that", I said. After a brief discussion where the waiter pretty much accused me of lying the waiting staff disappeared inside and reappeared after 5 minutes with a cursory apology. A lot of grief for one plate of pasta.
